my retirement plan Donald Trump and countless other billionaires made their fortune starting in real estate investment properties. They buy in strategic areas when the market’s low and resell when the market inflates. Sometimes these transactions happen fast, like with special offers on condos that haven’t been built yet but will soon be worth double or even triple the pre-sale price. Property investments can be a practical supplemental retirement plan . Pros of owning investment properties are obvious.

by Jennifer Giraldi Not to far from Downtown Atlanta, up I575 north, sits the unique suburb of Woodstock, Georgia. Once an old rail city in the southernmost region of Cherokee County, Woodstock is now one of the fastest growing cities in the Atlanta real estate market. Like many suburban cities across the United States, Woodstock was mainly a town for first-time home buyers, and middle class families. Recently that has begun to change. There are Woodstock homes for sale to fit every type of buyer.
